Do you offer recurring or ongoing support?

Yes, weekly or biweekly recurring support is available, along with prepaid hour bundles, monthly support plans, and priority scheduling.

Are there conditions under which service could be declined?

Yes. Service may be declined if a home has an infestation or unsafe conditions. Helping Hands does not handle fleas, biohazard waste, or extreme hazardous situations.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations require 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are charged a $40 fee.
